Tabaszowa Local government: Łososina Dolna |
St. Nicholas’ Church in Tabaszowa was erected in 1753 in nearby Tęgobórz, and was moved to its current extremely scenic location in 1982. It was built using log construction with vertically boarded walls. On the boarding of the wall at the end of the chancel there is a Crucifixion group painted in the first half of the C19th. The interior is covered by flat ceilings. The church walls are adorned with ornamental-figurative polychrome from 1895. The rococo altars date from the C18th. On the main altar you can see an C18th baroque painting of Madonna with Child and a representation of St. Nicholas from the end of the C19th. |
